MIS Executive/ Data Analyst : (North Delhi candidates needs to apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and prepare insightful dashboards and reports for management.
- Maintain and update large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy.
- Apply advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, and IFERROR for data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and error identification across reports.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards wherever possible.
- Manage and organize company databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Create professional reports, presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries using Canva for management and internal communication.




- Convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual reports and presentations using Excel and Canva.

Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, charts, advanced formulas, and logical functions.
- Good knowledge of Canva for creating professional presentations, reports, and visual dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Macros / VBA / Google Apps Script (preferred).
- Experience with Power Query will be an added advantage.
