Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

 Explain products/services and generate interest.

 Maintain records of calls and customer details.

 Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional).

 Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
