- Supervise and coordinate retail store interior fit-out activities from start to completion.
- Manage civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, signage, glass, fixtures and other fit-out works.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers and internal project/operations teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and finishing.
- Verify measurements, materials and quantities used at the site and coordinate with procurement/vendors.
- Ensure proper execution of retail fixtures, display units, counters, racks, trial rooms and customer-facing areas.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, design deviations and execution challenges promptly.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Control fit-out costs, material wastage and contractor productivity.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure minimum disruption to store operations during renovation or fit-out.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site photographs, material records and completion reports.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging before store handover.
- Ensure all pending defects are rectified before final handover to the Operations/Store team.
- Coordinate store renovation, refurbishment and recent store opening projects across assigned locations.
- Support final inspection, handover and documentation of completed stores.
- Travel to different retail locations as required for site supervision and project monitoring.
