Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work on enterprise-grade software applications and contemporary technology projects for international clients.

The successful candidate will take ownership of backend development, frontend applications, APIs, databases, testing, deployment, and modern AI-enabled systems.

This is not merely a maintenance or ticket-processing position. You will participate in architectural decisions, solve complex technical problems, develop end-to-end features, and work with modern enterprise technologies.

The position is remote-friendly, but candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be willing to undertake international business travel, including Germany, USA and other locations, when required.

Mandatory Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience in production/enterprise environments.

* Strong experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

* Strong experience developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.

* Experience with relational databases such as:

* MySQL

* SQL Server

* DB2

* Sybase

* Experience developing modern frontend applications using Angular 2+.

* Good understanding of full-stack application architecture.

* Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.

* Experience with build/deployment technologies such as Gradle, Docker and Jenkins.

* Experience designing and executing automated tests using JUnit and Mockito.





* Experience working in an Agile software development environment.

* Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.

* Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

* Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

* Willingness and ability to adapt to changing technologies, project requirements and priorities.

* Willingness to travel internationally when business requirements demand it.

Modern Technology Skills – Highly Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.

* Develop scalable backend services and APIs.

* Build responsive and modern frontend interfaces.

* Design and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

* Work with relational databases and optimize database performance.

* Develop and maintain multi-tenant enterprise architectures.

* Build event-driven systems and data-streaming pipelines.

* Write clean, maintainable and well-tested production code.

* Develop unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.

* Work with Docker,



Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

* Participate in technical and architectural decision-making.

* Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.

* Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and projects.

* Collaborate with international technical teams, partners and clients.

* Explore and implement AI, RAG, LLM and workflow-automation capabilities where appropriate.

3. Hands-on Spring Boot + REST API experience

4. Experience with Angular or comparable modern frontend development

7. Good professional English communication

8. Ability to work remotely

9. Flexibility for international business travel when required

Experience with React, TypeScript, Python/Node.js, Kubernetes, Kafka, Graph databases, RAG, LLMs or n8n will be a significant advantage.
