We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in sales, business development, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products and solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive buying experience.
- Learn about our products, industry, and sales processes.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada are preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
