Area Sales Manager General Trade**

Role Overview,

Own the sales, store network, and field team** for the assigned territory, with responsibility for achieving monthly installation and sales targets.

Key Responsibilitie,

1. Drive Sales

* Own sales targets, lead-to-sale conversion, and monthly installations.

* Drive consistent achievement of territory sales targets.

2. Build & Manage Stores**

* Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential retail stores.

* Improve productivity and sales performance of existing stores.

3. Lead the Field Team**

* Recruit, manage, and coach promoters and sales executives.

* Drive the team to achieve daily and monthly field targets.

4. Market Planning**

* Plan daily market coverage and identify new stores and sales opportunities.

* Ensure effective territory coverage and execution.

5. Performance Tracking**

* Track store visits, leads, conversions, and sales.





* Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective actions.

6. Retailer Relationship Management**

* Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

* Ensure consistent execution and visibility across outlets.

**Requirements**

* 3+ years** of experience in Field Sales, General Trade, FMCG,

Consumer Durables, or Retail.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing

stores/field teams.

* Strong **communication, negotiation, leadership, and execution

skills**.

* Comfortable with extensive field travel and territory management.
