We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong hiring network and be able to close positions quickly through referrals, local sourcing, job portals, and field recruitment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end hiring for restaurant staff
- Recruit Cooks, CDPs, Commis, Stewards, Captains, Cashiers, Helpers, Delivery Staff & Restaurant Managers
- Maintain an active candidate database and WhatsApp hiring groups
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
- Coordinate joining, documentation, and onboarding
- Visit sourcing locations whenever required for bulk hiring
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets
- Reduce candidate dropouts through regular follow-ups
- Required Skills2+ years of restaurant or hospitality recruitment experience
- Strong blue-collar hiring network across Mumbai
- Excellent knowledge of local sourcing and referral hiring
- Comfortable with bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements
- Positive communication in Hindi & English
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹20,000/month
