Key Responsibilities:

- Manage workflow and ensure optimal utilization of available resources
- Maintain and organize database of all past and ongoing projects
- Lead and manage the design team effectively
- Onboard and train new team members
- Maintain and update project database for easy access and tracking
- Allocate new design inquiries based on team workload and expertise
- Address and resolve queries from internal teams and external customers
- Monitor and review team performance to ensure efficiency and quality

Required Skills:

- High proficiency in AutoCAD




- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
