Cake Artist / Cake Decorator

The Frosting Room, a premium cake studio in Hyderabad, is looking for a skilled and creative Cake Artist / Cake Decorator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, frost and finish cakes with clean and professional presentation.

* Handle cake decoration, icing and finishing work.

* Have good working knowledge of fondant work and basic fondant modelling.

* Create neat and aesthetically appealing cake designs based on customer requirements.

* Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all cakes.

* Assist with basic baking and cake preparation when required.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper handling of ingredients and equipment.

* Work efficiently while meeting order deadlines.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cake decoration/bakery.

* Valuable hands-on experience with fondant, frosting, icing and cake finishing.

* A portfolio of previous cake/decorating work is preferred.

* Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
