Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

- Recruit, train and manage a team of insurance advisors.

- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Guide and motivate the team to improve sales performance.

- Build strong customer and advisor relationships.

- Conduct regular team meetings, follow-ups and business reviews.

- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.

- Ensure business growth through effective sales and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

- Sales or insurance industry experience preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
