- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and other assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobby, staircases, and other public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost-and-found belongings to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Assist with laundry and linen management when required.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Meals during duty.
