Responsibilities:

Telesales Representative Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to potential clients through cold calls

•⁠ ⁠Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs

•⁠ ⁠Upsell products if possible

•⁠ ⁠Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses

•⁠ ⁠Direct calls to other departments as needed

•⁠ ⁠Take incoming calls from current customers

•⁠ ⁠Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on calls as needed
