Job Overview

The Catalyst Group is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Recruiter & Executive to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and daily HR operations at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing candidates via major job portals and managing complete hiring lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Active portal usage (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia) to source, screen, and headhunt candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening & Line-ups: Conduct initial telephonic screenings, shortlist potential candidates, schedule in-person interviews at the Jaipur office, and ensure candidate attendance.
- Portal Management: Manage job postings, search resume databases using Boolean search techniques, and optimize candidate pipeline via recruiter accounts.
- Offer & Onboarding:



Issue offer/appointment letters, conduct background & document verification, and manage employee onboarding procedures.
- HR Operations & Admin: Maintain daily attendance records, leave management, basic HR compliance, documentation, and assist in general office administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or HR Executive.
- Portal Expertise: Strong hands-on experience using portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna, or WorkIndia for resume sourcing.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software/ATS.
- Traits: Target-driven hiring mindset, strong follow-up skills, and ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
