We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

The candidate will be responsible for finding candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions as per client requirements.

- ? Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and availability.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Ensure a smooth candidate joining process.
- ? Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will be an advantage.
