* Handle incoming leads and inquiries professionally.
* Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Convert design consultations into confirmed projects.
* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Visit upcoming projects along with team for business opportunities.
* Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget expectations.
* Prepare conceptual layouts and space planning solutions.
* Develop design presentations and mood boards.
* Prepare detailed design proposals and quotations.
* Coordinate with execution teams for smooth project handover.
* Assist clients in material, finish, color, and furniture selections.
* Conduct site visits whenever required.
* Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and executable within budget.
* Strong client convincing and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to understand customer psychology and sales opportunities.
