Role & responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Field Management: Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, fiber technicians, and third-party contractors across the assigned territory. Drive daily KPIs including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- GPON Architecture & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end GPON network operations, including Optical Line Terminals (OLTs), Optical Network Units (ONUs), and passive optical splitters.
- Fiber Network Operations: Oversee overhead/underground fiber optic cable deployment, fault localization, OTDR testing, and precision fusion splicing during link outages.
- Incidents & SLA Handling: Serve as the point of escalation for critical network outages across Delhi NCR. Ensure swift link restoration and minimal downtime for retail and enterprise subscribers.
- Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with external cabling vendors, track fiber inventory (splicing kits, patch cords, joint closures), and supervise field compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 4 years in FTTH/ISP operations with at least 2 years in team management.
- Mandatory 2 wheeler and Driving License
- GPON architecture, Fiber Splicing, OTDR/LSPM testing, IP Networking
