Responsible for designing furniture according to the client’s needs, space, and style. Creates new furniture designs and decides the size, shape, materials, colours, finishes, and overall look of each piece. Works on furniture for homes, offices, hotels, and other commercial spaces. Coordinates with clients, carpenters, manufacturers, and other team members to make sure the final furniture matches the design and is comfortable, practical, and positive in quality. Also helps in selecting suitable materials, improving existing designs, preparing design drawings, and making sure the furniture is made according to the required specifications.
