? Key Responsibilities✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

✔ Provide information about Ayurvedic services/products to interested customers

✔ Generate leads and conduct follow-ups

✔ Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly

✔ Fix appointments and coordinate bookings

✔ Maintain customer records in CRM systems

✔ Prepare daily/weekly reports and achieve assigned targets

✔ Build and maintain positive customer relationships

? Required Skills

? Excellent communication skills

? Fluency in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

? Strong sales and convincing ability

? Qualification? Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
