We are looking for a smart, professional and responsible Receptionist / Customer Support Executive to join our team at Khadi Culture, Manikonda.

As we receive a high volume of customer calls and store enquiries every day, we are looking for someone who is excellent at communication, patient with customers, well-organised and genuinely committed to the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and professionally handle all incoming customer calls

• Answer enquiries regarding outfits, pricing, availability, orders and delivery dates

• Guide customers regarding store location, timings and appointments

• Address customer concerns politely and coordinate with the concerned team

• Welcome and assist customers entering the store

• Maintain a daily record of customer walk-ins

• Collect and maintain customer contact details and enquiry information

• Follow up with customers wherever required





• Ensure every customer receives a professional and pleasant experience

Working Hours:

? 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM

? Location: Khadi Culture, Manikonda, Hyderabad

Salary & Incentives:
