Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various business units to track performance

against targets.

o Analyze large datasets and provide insights on key business metrics.

o Design and implement automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase

efficiency.

Data Management:

o Manage data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various

sources.

o Maintain and update reporting tools and databases.

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and integrity.

Business Performance Monitoring:

o Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.





o Support the Business Performance team with data-driven insights to optimize strategies and

improve operational performance.

o Assist in forecasting and budgeting by providing historical data and trend analysis.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

o Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable

insights.

o Provide ongoing support to the leadership team and stakeholders by preparing customized

reports and presentations.

Process Improvement:

o Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the data reporting processes.

o Ensure reports are aligned with business goals and provide recommendations for improvements

in the process.
