Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining vendor relationships while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
