Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Motorcycle Mechanic or equivalent
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform periodic maintenance and repairs on two-wheelers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
- Repair or replace engine, transmission, braking, suspension and electrical components.
- Carry out wheel alignment, balancing and required adjustments.
- Complete jobs within the given time with quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools, equipment and workshop cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Explain completed work and basic vehicle-care requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and rectify faults.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge is an advantage.
- Tools & Equipment KnowledgeSpanners, screwdrivers, pliers, Allen keys and other hand tools.
- Engine and electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Workshop equipment such as air compressors and impact guns.
- Safety & Work PracticesUse appropriate safety equipment and tools correctly.
- Ensure vehicle safety before and after repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.
- Follow standard workshop procedures at all times.
