We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help TNPSC aspirants discover Gandiva Premium.

- ResponsibilitiesCall TNPSC aspirants using our business calling system.
- Understand their preparation needs and explain how Gandiva can help them.
- Follow up with interested aspirants and convert them into Premium subscribers.
- Share Gandiva Premium details and payment information through our official WhatsApp Business account.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in our sales system.
- Work towards daily calling and sales targets.
- RequirementsExcellent Tamil communication skills.
- Confident and friendly while speaking on the phone.
- Positive listening,



convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome. Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

- Full time – 8 hours/day
- Qualified TNPSC leads will be provided by Gandiva.
- Calling and sales tools will be provided.
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
- 7-day paid evaluation period before confirmation.
