CAD/BIM Drafter – Architecture & Structures Company: Econstruct Design and Build Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role: We are looking for a CAD/BIM Drafter who can take design intent from sketches to accurate, buildable drawings across architectural and structural documentation.

- Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including plans, sections, elevations, layouts and construction details.
- Create and document projects in Revit, including sheets, views, families and schedules.
- Prepare RCC and structural steel detailing, including foundation and column layouts, reinforcement, connections and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Produce drawing sets from Tender to GFC, shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP inputs and identify clashes before drawing issue.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control and CAD/BIM standards.




- Respond to site RFIs and issue revised details within required timelines.
- RequirementsStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Expertise in either architectural detailing or structural detailing, with working knowledge of the other.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC and applicable local bylaws.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- ITI/Diploma in Draughtsmanship, Civil Engineering or Architecture; or B.Arch/B.E. Civil.
