We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World store team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in retail sales, supermarkets, grocery stores, or FMCG outlets and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them with product selection.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Handle billing and POS operations when required.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock checks.
- Assist customers with product information, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow company policies, safety standards,
and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
- Physically fit to handle stocking and store operations.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Preferred QualificationsPUC/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in organic food, grocery, or supermarket retail is an added advantage.
