Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for our Residential Solar Sales team under the PM Surya Ghar initiative.

? Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

? Experience: 2–6 Years

? Position: Sales Executive – Residential Solar Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage residential solar leads.

Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

Explain rooftop solar solutions, pricing, ROI, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy perks.

Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare quotations and handle negotiations.

Maintain strong customer relationships and regular follow-ups.

Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local networks.

Candidate Profile:

2–6 years of experience in Sales/B2C Sales, preferably in Solar, Rooftop Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented with good lead conversion ability.

Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.

Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar and rooftop solar will be an added advantage.
