We are looking for a confident, well-presented and patient-friendly Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our diagnostic scan centre. The candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with patients, doctors, hospitals and other healthcare professionals while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with referring doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

● Develop and maintain qualified relationships with doctors, clinics and hospitals.

● Promote the centre’s diagnostic services and support patient/referral growth.

● Follow up with patients and referring centres when required.

● Handle patient queries, feedback and concerns and ensure timely resolution.

● Coordinate with the reception, radiology,



ultrasound and administrative teams for smooth patient flow.

● Maintain regular communication with existing and potential referral sources.

● Support outreach activities, health camps, awareness programmes and promotional initiatives.

● Collect feedback from patients and referral sources and communicate relevant suggestions to management.

● Maintain professional records of visits, follow-ups and business-development activities.

● Represent the diagnostic centre professionally in the community and among healthcare professionals.
