Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Marketplace Listings

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage product listings and daily marketplace activities on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

The primary responsibility will be creating accurate, attractive and marketplace-compliant listings, resolving catalogue issues and keeping all product information updated.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and upload new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
- Write and optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions and search keywords.
- Upload product images, attributes, specifications, HSN codes, prices and pack-size variations.
- Create single, combo, pack-of-2, pack-of-3 and other variant listings.
- Work with bulk-listing templates, catalogue sheets and category files.
- Correct listing errors, suppressed listings, inactive products and catalogue-quality issues.
- Handle listing approvals, brand-name corrections and category changes.
- Update pricing, inventory, offers and product information regularly.
- Ensure listings follow marketplace policies and avoid prohibited or non-compliant claims.
- Coordinate with the design team for product mockups, infographics and listing images.
- Monitor orders, returns,



cancellations and customer complaints as part of daily operations.
- Raise marketplace support tickets and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Check competitor listings and suggest improvements in pricing, keywords, content and images.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for listings, orders, returns and pending issues.
- Required SkillsPractical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Strong knowledge of product catalogue creation and listing optimisation.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with bulk-upload files and marketplace templates.
- Basic understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword research.
- Valuable written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple products and marketplace issues independently.
- Preferred SkillsBasic Canva or Photoshop knowledge.
- Experience with beauty, herbal, household-care or chemical products.
- Understanding of marketplace compliance, HSN codes, GST and packaging declarations.
- Experience creating product variations and combo listings.
