We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Executive to handle sales coordination and administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings/follow-ups
- Support the sales team in lead management and client communication
- Maintain customer database and update reports regularly
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
- Manage office administration and daily operational tasks
- Handle emails, data entry, and filing work
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in basic social media or promotional activities if required

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English & Tamil




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Robust organizational , convincing and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team
