- Production Cooridnation with tailors and printers
- Coordinate with artisans and production teams on order timelines and quantities
- Maintain and update merchandising trackers (stock, pricing, margins, sell-through)
- Studio upkeep maintainence and stock maintainence and upkeep
- Monitor inventory levels across Shopify and offline channels, flag reorder needs
- Linesheets
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail operations (fashion industry preferred)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with data and trackers
- Detail-oriented with positive organizational and follow-up skills
- Interest in sustainable/conscious fashion is a plus
- Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across design, production, and sales teams
