About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Verification Executive to join our team. The role involves verifying customer details, communicating with customers in multiple languages, and ensuring accurate records while delivering excellent customer support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer information through phone calls and follow-up communication.
- Confirm customer identity and service-related details accurately.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Coordinate with internal teams for verification completion.
- Ensure data accuracy and follow company verification guidelines.




- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Ability to speak Telugu, English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil (one or more regional languages is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
- EligibilityExperience: 0–3 Years
