We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive sales, manage client relation, and client acquisition. We are looking for female candidates with great communication and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

- Convert potential hot leads into business opportunities, by pitching and closing deals.
- Managing client relationships through regular communication to meet business goals.
- Meet or exceed sale targets with effective strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, MBA or a related field
- Strong communication skills, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience (0-2 yrs) in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Ability to work well in an on-site, fast paced environment
