Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹8,000
Benefits: PF & ESI
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Leave: 1 paid leave per month
- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers and assist them with required services.
- Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Willingness to work on a rotational weekly-off basis.
