- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.

- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
