We are looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Executive to manage our website, day-to-day Shopify operations, product catalogue, orders, and basic website updates. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on Shopify and have a good understanding of e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Shopify website and day-to-day operations.
- Add, edit, and manage products, catalogues, pricing, images, variants, and collections.
- Process orders, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment.
- Update website content, banners, menus, pages, and basic layouts.
- Manage basic Shopify settings, apps, discounts, and inventory.
- Identify and resolve basic website issues.
- Assist with building and setting up new website pages/features.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Shopify & e-commerce operations.
- Good knowledge of Shopify products, themes, apps, and basic customisation.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) experience is an added advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work independently.
