Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure timely closures.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily reporting.
- Ensure quality hiring and adherence to defined TAT.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.




- Hands-on experience with job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
