Experience: 3–7 years

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete Accounts & Finance function.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, banking and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and month/year-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial controls.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance requirements.
- RequirementsQualified CA with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Valuable command of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage the entire Accounts & Finance department.
