Job Description

- Generate and manage business through DSA / channel partners for LAP & SME loans.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and business partners.

- Source and handle LAP / Business Loan cases from lead generation to disbursement.

- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining quality of the portfolio.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and channel partners.

Ticket Size

- Tier 1 – Open & Corporate Channel:



₹1 Cr to ₹5 Cr

- Small Enterprises Group: ₹50 Lakh to ₹1 Cr

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LAP or Business Loans.

- Candidates must have hands-on experience in LAP / Business Loan sales.

- Strong DSA/channel network and valuable communication skills preferred.

- Candidates willing to work across multiple locations in Gujarat can apply.
