E-commerce Order & Shipment ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Shipment Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations.
- ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates when required.
- Generate daily and weekly order fulfillment reports.
- RequirementsExperience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Valuable knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
