About the Role: looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Havells showroom in Fraser Town, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend and sell Havells products based on customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Demonstrate product features and explain product benefits.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Manage billing support, stock coordination,



and inventory checks when required.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Experience in electrical, lighting, appliances, or home improvement products is an added advantage.
