Lenskart Sales Associate – JDRole: Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Department: Retail Operations

Main responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Guide customers for the free eye check-up.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories.
- Explain product features, lens options and offers.
- Achieve sales and eye-test conversion targets.
- Handle billing/POS transactions.
- Coordinate product pickup and handle returns/customer complaints.
- Maintain stock, product displays, store cleanliness and SOP standards.

- Customer-service and sales skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Target/result-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a retail/shift setting.

Eligibility: Lenskart JDs commonly mention 12th pass as the minimum qualification, with graduates preferred; some current openings have additional experience requirements depending on location
