Responsible for providing protected, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients and supporting doctors in clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside nursing care and monitor patient condition/vital signs.
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain nursing notes, medication charts and patient records.
- Follow infection control, patient safety and biomedical waste protocols.
- Handle patient admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
- Maintain proper handover between shifts.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
Qualification: GNM /ANM/ B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: Freshers/experienced candidates may be considered as per hospital requirement
