- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle in-house sales activities and respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily sales and enquiry records in the company portal/CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and pending customer requirements.
- Coordinate order processing from enquiry to dispatch and billing.
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales and operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.




- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide regular updates.
- Perform other sales and operational activities assigned by the reporting manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales, quotations, invoicing, and order processing.
- Cold calling and lead generation experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of industrial products, weighing systems, or B2B sales will be preferred.
