Job Description: Recruitment Associate

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Surat. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-quality talent to managing the interview process and closing offers. This role requires a qualified with excellent communication skills.

- Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Use platforms like apna Hire and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure quick turnaround times for open positions.




- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide daily updates on hiring progress.
- Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and follow up with candidates until the onboarding process is complete.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or B.Sc graduates with strong communication are welcome).
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (Agency or Corporate). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Gujarati is a strong advantage for local hiring.
