- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in HP laptops and desktops.
- Perform hardware repairs, part replacement, and component-level troubleshooting.
- Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD/HDD, adapter, and other hardware issues.
- Perform BIOS/firmware updates and hardware diagnostics.
- Conduct proper physical and functional inspection of devices.
- Follow company/HP service procedures and maintain repair quality standards.
- Update service tickets/RMA and repair status accurately.
- Coordinate with the service coordinator/L2 team for complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned service cases.
- Maintain proper documentation of replaced parts and repair activities.
- Provide skilled customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
