Troubleshooting and maintaining the Server and desktop based systems.

Troubleshooting of Internet/LAN/WAN related problems and ensure to better service to customer.

Able to solve the user’s problems remotely using software like Remote Admin,Remote Desktop & Laptop etc.

Knowledge of Printers, CCTV, Firewall IT peripherals will be most preferable.

Managing & troubleshooting of Servers of different operating systems such as Windows,Linux including installing,fixing issues and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability.

To Manage computers and other related devices on networks,Active Directory (AD) created by Microsoft.

Providing Support for implementation,maintenance of IT systems also oversee and resolve problems of the server network devices,storage and client devices,support IT systems of all end users.

A server based engineer has to take care of server environment, which includes installing new servers, taking out new servers, and fixing issues with existing servers etc

Need to be valuable team player with positive attitude must have expertise in IT solutions and diagnostics.
