Job Location : Andheri Marol & Thane, Ghodbunder Road

- Review project specifications, drawings and other technical documents to understand project requirements and scope of work.
- Conduct site visits if required and assessments to gather information relevant to project estimation, including existing conditions, access points, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop project proposals that meet client needs and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for firefighting system projects, including material quantities, labour costs, subcontractor expenses, and overheads.
- Research and analyse market trends, material prices,



and labour rates to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate favourable terms for materials and services.
- Present cost estimates and proposals to clients and participate in bid meetings and negotiations as needed.
- Track and manage the status of proposals and follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of projects from estimation to execution.

Experience : Graduate Fresher /experienced B.com candidate may apply.
