About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in Sales and Business Development. You will receive proper training and guidance to understand our products, interact with clients, and develop your sales skills.

- What You’ll DoConnect with potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Introduce clients to our TendersOnTime subscription services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable subscription plans.
- Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets with support from the team.
- Maintain customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Learn about our products,



the tender industry, and market trends.
- Who Can Apply?12th Pass or Graduate from any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

No prior sales experience is required for freshers. Training will be provided.
