## Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented *Business Development Executive (BDE)* to drive business growth for an AI-powered Travel Business Operating System.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in *outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting*, with the ability to identify and qualify potential travel businesses.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.

* Identify and connect with *Travel Agencies, DMCs, Tour Operators, and Visa Agencies*.

* Understand client requirements and introduce Flymode’s AI-powered solutions.

* Conduct initial discussions, qualify leads, and schedule product demos.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and track calls, emails, leads, and conversions.

* Use AI tools for lead research, personalization, outreach,



and productivity.

* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to convert qualified opportunities.

* Target international markets including *US, UK, Europe, and Middle East*.

## Must-Have Requirements

* *2–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales.*

* Strong experience in *cold calling and outbound lead generation*.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach.

* Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection handling.

* Basic understanding of *SaaS, CRM, AI, and automation*.

* Familiarity with AI tools for sales and prospecting.

* Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

* International sales exposure will be an advantage.
