About the Role:

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team at Legacy Haven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Explain our Insurance services to customers

• Generate and qualify leads

• Follow up with interested customers regularly

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Maintain call records and update lead status

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets

• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass





• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident and polite telephone manner

• Basic computer knowledge

• Sales/telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented setting
